I try to keep my approach to life and work pretty simple. Do the right thing and actually enjoy what you’re doing while you do it.
Integrity matters to me a lot. It shapes how I make decisions and how I treat people, and it keeps me grounded no matter what’s going on. While helping to build Oz Net, I’ve also learned that success feels better and lasts longer when you bring good energy into what you do. If you don’t enjoy the process, it’s that much hard to stay consistent.
In a professional setting that especially people-driven like Oz Net, growth is always a priority. I care about improving myself, but that comes with the responsibility of helping the people around me get better too. One of the biggest challenges I’ve seen is how we as people deal with rejection. It happens all the time, and it’s easy to take it personally if you’re not careful. Part of our growth is realizing, whether in sales or not, rejection really isn’t about you.
Anyone in sales will tell you, rejection is a part of the process.
That’s why holding yourself to a high standard is key. Standing out doesn’t come from being the loudest person in the room. It comes from being prepared and staying consistent. Doing things the right way even when no one is watching. With some discipline and consistency, we build trust and real opportunities over time.
The secret to those personal and professional wins? Being intentional about who we learn from. The best advice usually comes from those who have already done what you’re trying to do. Being around the right people can shift your mindset and push you to grow faster. Being in an environment like Oz Net, where you’re surrounded by people who are actively growing and pushing themselves, makes a difference. It undoubtedly raises your expectations for yourself.
What drives me and our team every day is bigger than just work. It starts with my faith, the way I was raised, and the support system I have at home. That’s what keeps me focused and grounded no matter what’s going on around me. It translates into creating a team that is committed to their dreams and to helping their peers grow. That’s what growth looks like to me and our team. It’s something I plan to keep working on every day, both personally and in my career.

What do you attribute your success to?
My success comes from my faith, the foundation my family has given me, the support of my husband, and the work I’ve put into continuously developing myself.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Choose your sources of advice carefully. The best guidance comes from people who are ahead of you and have already done what you’re trying to do.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Set a high bar for yourself and don’t be afraid to exceed expectations. Stand out through your work ethic, your consistency, and your commitment to excellence. Those are the things that build credibility and open doors over time.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in this field is helping people develop a healthy relationship with rejection. In sales, rejection is constant, but many people take it personally, which affects their confidence and performance. Learning to see rejection as part of the process, rather than a reflection of self-worth, is key. Those who can separate emotion from outcome and stay resilient are the ones who grow the fastest and succeed long-term.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, Striving for Excellence, Having Fun!
