Sina built Oz Net from the ground up with a clear vision: to create real opportunity for people willing to work for it. As a first-generation immigrant, and coming from a background where nothing was handed to him, he learned early on the value of discipline and betting on yourself when no one else will.
That mindset became the foundation of Oz Net. Starting entry-level, Sina has grown a company driven by leadership. He believes in a culture where consistency is expected, growth is earned, and individuals are pushed to reach levels they may not have thought possible for themselves.
He sets the tone through work ethic, accountability, and high standards. More than just building a business, his focus is on developing people: helping individuals grow in confidence, so they can create opportunities for themselves and others.
